What is the difference between Company Plus and Private Branded Portal Starter?
Company Plus is a regular subscription plan. Private Branded Portal Starter is a separate custom/manual service for a private branded company portal handled through Contact.
What does Dedicated mean?
Dedicated means one company gets its own server or VPS environment. Dedicated Business and Dedicated Pro are built for that setup.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can start with a smaller plan and move up as your storage, member count, or branding needs grow. Paid subscriptions can be managed in the Stripe Customer Portal, and access stays active until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

How does cancellation work?
You can manage billing and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal. When a plan is canceled, access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
